Stilts II, a solo exhibition by Singaporean artist Wong Shih Yaw that is the sequel to Stilts, the show that launched the artist's iconic series of the same name. A compilation of Wong's observations on the human condition, Stilts reflects on the aspirations of people amidst the realities of life. The series celebrates people's sense of hope, their tenacity in overcoming obstacles and adversity, as well as their pursuit of success and happiness. In Stilts II, Wong develops on his initial ideas and produced 12 intricate paintings that embody old and new themes.
