“Rumah Saya”, meaning “My Home” in Malay, is a group exhibition honouring Singapore in celebration of the nation turning 60. The show offers a rich visual narrative of the Singapore story, featuring 18 works by 10 distinguished first and second-generation Singaporean artists, namely Cultural Medallion recipients Ang Ah Tee, Chua Ek Kay, Lim Tze Peng, Ong Kim Seng, and Tan Choh Tee, alongside watercolourists Gog Sing Hooi and Leng Joon Wong, oil painters Lee Boon Wang and Koeh Sia Yong, as well as multidisciplinary maestro Tay Bak Koi.. The collection of artworks details the evolving phases and faces of this vibrant city-state. Rumah Saya promises to evoke fond memories and reveal new facets of Singapore, our home.
